By accessing and placing orders on bobo‑snaps.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree any part, please do not use our website.

General Shop Rules

All product descriptions, pictures and prices shown on this site are subject to correction without prior notice. We reserve right to refuse or cancel suspicious‑fraud orders.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logo, graphic content on BoboSnaps website belong to BoboSnaps, may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Payment

Payments are processed exclusively through Shopify Payments. You are responsible for confirming your payment information is accurate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests submitted after the 24‑hour window will not be accepted. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is unavailable and you must follow our return policy, which only accepts returns for unopened packages. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory shortages, and suspected fraud.

Return & Shipping

Return, refund and shipping matters are governed separately by our Return‑Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

BoboSnaps products are home‑use sensory‑support tools, NOT MEDICAL DEVICES.

Our products are not designed to diagnose, treat, mitigate or cure any medical, speech‑language, occupational‑therapy or developmental conditions.

All suggestions, guidance and educational content published on our website are for home‑reference purpose only. For children’s health and developmental concerns, please always seek advice from licensed SLP, OT or pediatric medical professionals.

Safety Reminder: Adult supervision is required while children are using our products. Inspect silicone components regularly. Immediately stop using if you spot tearing, cracking, sticky or broken parts.

Testing Statement: Safety lab tests are commissioned and issued by our manufacturing factory. Test reports are factory‑provided documents, not directly issued under BoboSnaps brand name. Wholesale and clinic buyers can contact customer support to request copies of factory test reports.

Limitation of Liability

BoboSnaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of product usage, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable US law. User assumes full responsibility for product usage following safety instructions.
