Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are not counted as business days. Order processing will be postponed accordingly during holidays.

Domestic US Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 7‑15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual transit time is subject to courier conditions and may be extended during carrier holidays.

Order Modifications

Address or item changes can only be requested within 24 hours after order placement. No modifications can be made once the parcel has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please contact customer support within 24 hours upon receiving your package and provide supporting photos. We will coordinate with the courier for investigation and follow‑up compensation arrangements.

International Orders (if applicable)

Import duties and customs clearance fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict the amount of any customs‑related charges.
