Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business working day.

United States Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 7‑15 business days
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 3‑6 business days

Delivery time is estimated and not fully guaranteed, subject to courier actual logistics status.

Order Modification

Address or item changes are allowed within 24 hours after order submission. Once the parcel is shipped out, we cannot modify destination address.

Lost & Damaged Parcel

For parcel lost in transit: We will coordinate with courier for investigation. Compensation will be arranged after courier confirms loss.
For goods damaged upon receipt: Please send photos within 24 hours after package delivery for claim support.
