BoboSnaps was born out of real‑world frustration shared by countless parents and therapists: finding practical, safe home‑use sensory and oral‑motor tools for kids is far harder than it should be.

How It All Began

Working closely with speech‑language pathologists (SLP), occupational therapists (OT) and families raising children with sensory‑related developmental needs, our team spotted a clear gap in the market.

Traditional oral‑motor therapy kits are effective but disconnected from daily routines. Kids often resist dedicated “therapy time”, making home practice hard to stick to. Many existing chew toys and sensory gadgets are either over‑complicated, poorly‑made, or designed purely for play without real developmental purpose.

Parents wanted something simple: tools that fit into existing daily moments — like tooth‑brushing time — instead of adding extra heavy therapy work to already busy family life.

That is where the idea of BoboSnaps started. We set out to blend daily self‑care with evidence‑informed sensory intervention. Our flagship 2‑in‑1 oral‑motor sonic toothbrush came from this idea: turn regular brushing time into gentle oral‑motor practice, without forcing kids into separate therapy sessions.

From there, we expanded our collection: oral sensory chews, fine‑motor practice toys, fidget regulation tools, all built around the same core idea: therapy does not need to feel like therapy.
